Passage Island Construction is proud to have worked on several Brennity senior living communities, including the Brennity at Tradition in St. Lucie County.

The Brennity at Tradition was designed to help its residents make the most of every minute, enjoying the free time that comes with retirement in comfort and in style. Rather than simply creating a senior apartment building or a nursing home facility, we set out to create a rewarding senior living community in Port St. Lucie.

Each living space of the individual homes designed for independent seniors, was carefully crafted with both beauty and function in mind. The Brennity at Tradition also offers memory care facilities designed to help seniors dealing with memory-related diseases, so we worked closely with the company that runs the retirement community, Sagora, to determine their needs and goals so we could determine the best way to create the community St. Lucie County seniors and their families will want to turn to first.

Sagora has established a reputation for excellence in senior living communities, so we worked hard to help them not only meet those standards, but build on that reputation.

The community at the Brennity at Tradition includes a wide variety of amenities for seniors and their loved ones to enjoy, including a fitness center with classroom space, a theater, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, private dining rooms, a library and a billiards room, a café, a pub lounge/bar and much more.

Living spaces feature spacious and diverse floor plans, rather than taking a “cookie cutter” approach to creating seniors’ homes. A big part of healthy living for seniors is dining, so the Brennity at Tradition also includes restaurant-style kitchens to accommodate chef-prepared menus, and even for hosting baking and cooking programs for community residents.

Throughout the planning, design, and construction process for the Brennity at Tradition, we worked closely with Sagora to ensure our ideas and vision would meet their needs, and the needs of their residents, long-term. We worked hard on the Brennity at Tradition, to make sure the retirement community was everything our client envisioned and more, and we are proud of the finished product.
